Dropped my dog off for a bath and trim. Took 3x longer than promised, and her underbelly was shaved raw, and her face left untouched, when I specifically asked for nothing trimmed but her side facial hair ad a light trim. She looked like she had been chopped by a 5 year old. Groomer at first seemed friendly, but was surly at the end. I Didn't even bother to complain to manager, as I will never bring her back. Very disappointing.
Absolutely LOVE Petco Grooming! Erin is amazing! My dogs have been going to her for years and when she moved out to open the Camillus store, we had to move with her! My bernese (a.k.a. "my princess") loves Erin to death!!! The personalized attention that she gets from Erin and the whole staff is the reason why this is the ONLY pet store we go to!!! The store itself is huge, great selection, and competitive pricing. But grooming is the main reason why I love this store so much. I HIGHLY recommend it to all my friends!!
Great location, despite it being in the back of Township 5. Great deals and prices. Good animal/fish selection. Employees are very personable and knowledgeable! I recommend this pet store over others in area, mainly because of the employees and the respect and care they posess in their jobs.
Disappointing in seeing the care of their beta fish. One of them was dead and the other had a very dirty container. If the workers can tend to the salt water fish who require tons of maintenance and not their beta's, what does that tell you about them? Clearly someone needs to be checked out. Beta fish do not need a lot of attention. There was no reason for them to be in this condition. Won't be returning soon.
