Always have whay I need when I need it
ordered a washer online, called the next day to confirm it was there and ready to pick up, told the the man on the phone that I was on my way to pick it up. got there waited 20mins for them to bring it out from the back. then when someone finally comes up to the service desk with a washer it's the wrong one. now I wait again, they take wrong one back. and finally come out with correct one.

Employees have no knowledge on what they are selling or were anything was located. Id have better luck next door at walmart.
Not good. Clerk, female, long blonde hair very uncooperative. Tried to purchase wall clock/thomomiter, shelf marked $9.99 - wanted/ tried to charge $15.99. only one like it. Would not pay that amount - I left...
Much better customer service than Home Depot. I f you ask a question about something they do not look at you as though your an idiot, unlike Home Depot
