Just amazing, extremely helpful and so much more helpful than the "Big Red Check mark" brand!!! Service with our old carrier was nil at our home, and the bills were $300 per month. Service now at our home is great, and the bill is now half the old carrier. This is the store to come to Mike, Tracy and Alex are absolutely wonderful and extremely welcoming. Thank for everything you three!!! :-)
My husband and I decided to upgrade our daughters phone to the iPhone 7.... that was our first time visiting the sprint store in Camillus and is by far the best experience we have ever had with sprint, period. We have had to make a few visits for various reasons in the last month, including upgrading to the Galaxy S8's ourselves and have had nothing but positive experiences within this location. Michael, Tracy and even Jamie (who was helping out last Wednesday) are extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and funny, making it an overall fantastic experience. I/We will visit this store for whatever phone, accessory, plan and service needs/issues we have in the future, as well as refer them to everyone we know. Great customer service is hard to find, they definitely have it covered.
I was searching around for various cell plans to switch from Verizon and decided to stop into the camillus store on the afternoon of 6/4/17. I was greeted nicely and mike the manager took his time explaining the various plans, discounts and options available. I was looking for a family plan and was able to create one with 3 new affordable phones- that he reviewed in detail. He explained the different accessories I could purchase and also assisted me in syncing all of my data. There was an issue with the primary phone and he spent about 3 hours addressing it. He remained courteous and helpful throughout the time, not once becoming impatient or frustrated which I appreciated. I would recommend friends and family to utilize this store - mainly due to the great customer service I experienced with mike.
Special thanks to Mike and Eve, I brought my new phone in to have my information switched and these two were absolutely fantastic!!! They made it fun while waiting for files to transfer. Great customer service and also very knowledgeable!!! This is now my new store. Keep up the good work!!!
After a long week of not having a working phone Nate from sprint helped me so much! He got me in a new phone a great price and was very nice! If you need a new phone or just wanna switch I 10/10 recommend going to this sprint store and asking for Nate!
